These had to be the nicest staff I'vx e ever come across. The sweetest girls. Tia was absolutely wonderful sang hygienist was so pleasant funny and professional. Doc was so helpful and knowledgeable. Love this place.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Simeon and the entire team at Harbour Dental Care! I went in for a teeth cleaning and to fix a cracked filling, and Dr. Simeon did a flawless job. She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly. What I love most about this office is the culture—they genuinely care about you and never treat you like just another number on a chart. I had a wonderful experience at my dentist this morning. My hygienist, Mona, was wonderful. She explained every step, was careful, kind, and a pleasure to be around. She made sure I was comfortable and told me what to do if I needed her to stop for any reason. I felt cared for, and she cleaned my teeth beautifully.

Afterward, Doctor Basha did my dental exam. He reviewed full-mouth X-rays and checked each tooth to see if anything needed work, making sure everything looked good.

I can’t recommend this place enough! They work with everyone I have medicaid dental and have nothing but issues with finding a decent dentist i came here and was treated so nicely and they work with every budget ! This was my first time coming to Harbour Dental Care and it was a great experience! Everyone from the receptionists, Nyla, Dr. Frazier, and Marion were excellent in explaining everything in detail, answering my questions, and helping me figure out the best treatment plan for me. Not many people like going to the dentist, but I will tell you Ms. Kyah put my anxiety at ease. She was so professional and kind, answered ALL my questions and never once acted like I was a bother to her. Too many medical offices do not have very good customer service. I purposefully haven’t been to the dentist in wayyyy too many years due to being uncomfortable with my teeth being messed with and past bad experiences. I reluctantly came here since my teeth have been giving me issues on top of my wisdom teeth becoming painful, a coworker recommended me to come to Harbour Dental Care and I will definitely be a regular here now! First of all I fear going to dentist but I had an emergency- my Veneer on my front tooth fell out. I was able to get an appointment same day and all the staff is amazing.
Dr Simeon was amazing she fixed me up, put my veneer on and I can smile again.
I don't live in Jacksonville but I visit my sister and I plan to do any cleanings or work on my teeth in this wonderful place
